  • Are meals planned?
  • How often do you eat takeaways as a whānau?
  • How many people would a dinner feed in one night?
  • What kinds of meals would you regularly eat for dinner?
  • Does your family have a set budget for a week's shopping?
  • How much could your whānau save on a week’s worth of shopping if some of the brands were changed to store bought brands
  • Is there much waste or leftovers?
  • Is there very much packaging in your shopping?
  • Do you help prepare meals for dinner in your household?
  • Are there things you could do differently?
